How many cars do we need for our wedding?
A church or Asian wedding may require up to 3 cars; 1 for the bride and her father, 1 for bridesmaids, pageboys and the bride's mother and 1 for the groom and best man.
A civil wedding may require only 1 car.
Have you matching cars?
We have a fleet of 3 silver Rolls Royce Phantoms.
Can we smoke in cars?
Smoking is not allowed in any of our Phantoms.
How many weddings a day are booked per Phantom
Only 1 wedding booking a day per car ensures we can provide optimum service with up to 3 hours waiting time, or 12 for an Asian wedding.
How much notice is required to book a Phantom?
The more the better. Rolls Royce Phantoms are in demand and get booked up quickly. Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis.
Can we view your Rolls Royce Phantoms?
All our cars are available for you to view by appointment.
Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?
Professionally trained drivers provide a reliable and punctual service. Sourced via the British Chauffeurs Guild our chauffeurs have a diploma of merit, private hire licence and receive security training. All Xclusive Phantom drivers understand the importance of complete confidentiality; what goes on in the car stays in the car.
What happens if a booked car is not available on the hire date?
Xclusive Phantom cars undergo rigorous inspection, preparation and maintenance in strict adherence to Rolls Royce servicing requirements. However, on the rare occasion that a problem occurs we immediately contact you and offer an alternative car. If you are not happy with the alternative and wish to cancel, we offer a full refund of all monies paid.
Can we order 'extras'?
Yes. In addition to cars hired with date, time, passenger detail and hire duration, our meticulous hire booking system lists multi-point pick-up / drop-offs and extras such as tickets, refreshments and flowers.
Will our car and driver arrive on time?
Drivers are fully briefed in advance of your hire details and aim to arrive 15 minutes early at first pick-ups. To minimise delays we use 'Sat Nav' and mobile traffic reports, check for road works when route planning and monitor flight arrivals for airport transfer, ensuring you never have to wait for your car. However we cannot be responsible for unforeseen traffic conditions.
What happens if a car breaks down during the hire period?
Attention to regular, rigorous fleet maintenance ensures that breakdown is an unlikely event, but if a problem occurs we provide a back-up car. If time and and distance proves impractical for our back-up car, we have access to a network of limousine hirers to ensure your journey continues with the least possible delay or impact on the level of service expected.
Are your cars insured for the particular type of hire we require?
All of Xclusive Phantom cars have full comprehensive cover for social domestic and pleasure and private hire (weddings), plus full breakdown and accident emergency cover, plus public liability cover of £2,000,000.
